The Archive storage facilities consist of two standalone masonry and steel buildings with 115,000 square feet of storage space and 25-foot ceilings on a total of 16 acres of land.

THE FACILITIES are equipped with custom-engineered climate control systems that provide museum-standard temperature constant 70° F (+/- 3°) and humidity constant 50% (+/- 3%). Both buildings are divided into separate fireproof bays. We have a backup generator system that can run indefinitely, supplying essential electrical service in case of emergency. We have drive-in tractor-trailer access for safe loading and unloading in difficult weather and loading docks with 16 x 16-foot rollup gates that can accommodate forklifts and cranes when necessary.

SECURITY is provided by a state-of-the-art Rest Assured UL-rated alarm system with police and fire department response. We have 24-hour, seven-day-a-week infrared video monitoring with both onsite and offsite access. A caretaker oversees the facilities from a neighboring property to provide round-the-clock monitoring of services and security.
